[Resolved] India Post — I think my parcel is lost

One of my parcel was coming from Vasant Kunj SO to Kolaghat SO. Consignment no.- ED[protected]IN. In the middle after coming to Kolkata PH, they send it to Patna RMS TMO, then it again came back to Kolkata Transhipment Centre. On 14th July, 1:46 am it dispatched from there. After that no update is seen its been 3 days. My other parcels who were just behind them came today from Kolkata Transhipment Centre. Jul 18, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved After submitting numerous complaints finally I got it today. India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
