We have send a regeisted ad (Rlad a 3720) dated 5/11/2008 to deputy secretary (Affiliation), cbse(Affiliation branch), shiksha kendra 2 community centre, preet vihar, delhi- 110092. I am residing in Daman.On 17.11.08 I send an important document to Kerala by EMS speed post from Daman. I was assured that speed post will reach there by three days. Courier track no is EG[protected]IN. On 20.11.08 I enquired Daman post office and asked same staff who had booked my courier. He could not tell me when courier will reach Kerala. I asked him whether he can tell me the present status of courier where it has reached. He said he can’t....

I sent a very important document by speed post to Purdue University, USA on 23/04/2008 from Silchar Post office (Pin: 788 001). Unfortunately however, the document has not been delivered till 06.05.2008 (as per the confirmation received from
the university). It seems that the Department of Post is not serious enough to ensure proper customer service. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the...

I had sent a registered letter(Greeting card) to my native place on 20th dec '07 form the Domlur Post Office, Bangalore-560071. But the letter does not seem to have arrived there.
I also visited the same Post Office again on 5th jan'08 to know the statuts but of no use. The letter also did not post back to me (in case I had put a wrong destination address !!).
I expect something to be done regarding this; Reg No....

I have send a registered letter on dated 17/12/2007 (15.41 PM) vide receipt number RLAD B 1179, from Chanakyapuri Post Office, but I am surprise, the letter is not delivered till today. It is top-most urgent.

THE CONSIGNMENT NO EE[protected]IN was booked on 27.09.2007 from Vadodara to Pune...It has not yet been delivered and there is no stsus showing in the sate also...I am not getting any reply from your post office also..In this consignment there was a Deamand draft for my corse fee and I will loose my 1 year in my educational carrier due to this error from your side...Will have to approach consumer court if I do not get any reply...Revert asap......

I’m extremely disappointed with the delay in delivery of my Speed Post parcel, which has been stuck at Rohtak NSH since 8:00 AM on 28 June. The parcel was dispatched from Rohtak TMO at 9:57 PM the previous night, yet it was not scanned at NSH until the next day at exactly 8:00:00 AM. That means it took nearly 10 hours to move within the same city, which is highly unreasonable and suggests either delayed handling or late scanning.
Even more frustrating is that it has now been over 12–13 hours since that scan, and there has still been no dispatch update. This kind of delay completely defeats the purpose o[censored]sing Speed Post for time-sensitive items like debit cards.
I’ve also had previous bad experiences with Rohtak NSH, where parcels were delayed without explanation or proper tracking updates. It seems to be a recurring issue — inefficient bagging cycles, delayed dispatches, and system-generated timestamps that don’t reflect real-time movement.
I request India Post to urgently investigate this delay, ensure the parcel is dispatched immediately, and take steps to improve the operational efficiency and transparency at Rohtak NSH. Customers deserve better service from a premium delivery option like Speed Post.

On 7th May 2025 I booked to deliver a parcel from Bengaluru to West Bengal. It contained household items like Pan, Pressure cooker, kettle, dumbell etc and total weight around 15 Kgs. It was fully packed and accepted in post office.

It's 28th May now, and parcel hasn't still been delivered to destination in my relative's place. When tracking in Indian Post website, it is showing "Item Bagged" in Port blair post office since 14th may. No update after that. I wonder what it's doing in port blair for so long.
I even raised a complain to Indian post website on 20th may and no response from them yet. Complaint number is [protected]
I even tried contacting the port blair post office from its public number but no one picking the call. Tried writting multiple mails to Indian post Greiverance department, no response. Also contacted the bengaluru post post office, but they are not helping too and sending me off saying item is on the way. It's been more than 3 weeks since I sent the parcel and it's not delivered yet and Indian post is showing how irresponsible it is. This needs to be solved as soon as possible.

Sir i post my documents by speed post number EH[protected]IN for the Adressess Corps of Signal Records Jabalpur (MP) on 02 May 2025 from Tigaon (Haryana) post office. The post showing status of speed post at 1 CBPO (delhi ) but further no status showing in the track system of Indian post. So i am unable to find that my documents are reached at jabalpur(MP) or not. My family had delivered parcel - EE[protected]TH from Thailand - TH00228 since 5 May 2025 arrived in DELHI EMS SPEED POST CENTRE - IN111002 on 7 May 2025.

The latest update status was on 10 May 2025 - Custom Hold - AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S and no any further updates until 20 May 2025.

My name is Dhrithi Maria. I am a citizen of India currently living in Paderborn, Germany. I posted a couple of notarized documents from Paderborn, Germany to Secunderabad, Telangana on the 22nd of March 2025, under the tracking number RM[protected]DE.
I sent them through DHL (economy class). These are the updates since then till date. 22/03/2025 Item Booked. 25/03/2025 Item Received. 29/03/2025 FRANKFURT/FLUGHAFEN
Item Bagged. 29/03/2025, Send item abroad (EDI-received). After this, there have been absolutely no updates. The india post website doesn't allow me to keep checking for status updates from Germany . The server gets blocked and doesn't let me track it. There has been no activity since that day till date concerning the status of the documents. My family tried contacting the toll free number of India Post that is on the website, but the number is always busy or not available. At this point, I honestly have no idea on what I am supposed to do concerning this issue. I request the respective authorities to kindly help me out with this issue.
