    I think my parcel is lost

    One of my parcel was coming from Vasant Kunj SO to Kolaghat SO. Consignment no.- ED[protected]IN. In the middle after coming to Kolkata PH, they send it to Patna RMS TMO, then it again came back to Kolkata Transhipment Centre. On 14th July, 1:46 am it dispatched from there. After that no update is seen its been 3 days. My other parcels who were just behind them came today from Kolkata Transhipment Centre. Plz help me I have my important stuff...

      I had register parcelled 4 containers containing rare book collections from IIT KANPUR (208016) to RAMNAGAR S.O. (799002) on 01.07.2023; now the tracker is showing that it has gone back to Kolkata RMS trails from Guwahati!
      How is it possible? What should i do?

        I want to stop my package from returning to the seller

        Address: jai malhar nagar,jai hanuman soc, golibar road, amrut nagar, gahtkopar west ,400086

        I order nearly 1 month ago and order that an because of some address problem it on the way to return to the seller i want to stop it on tracking its says it has dispatched from Mumbai CRC L1R
        on tracking from 4-5 days how can i stop it...

          My parcel has been dispatched from new delhi rs tmo on 4th may, 2023 but traking has not been updated since then. It should have reached me by now as it has been 67 days, i've been calling and raise a complaint but till then there's still no update on the tracking. My consignment no. is CD[protected]IN. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

            Address: Burari post office

            There was a parcel which was from the bank but when it came it reached to Burari SO and on the same day they showed insufficient address can't be delivered, they didn't called or anything. As the status of the parcel on 11 July 2023 was showing that its still in the Burari SO I reached there and asked them they told we have returned it to the place where it came. Today on 12 July 2023 it shows that at 8 pm it was dispatched from Burari SO and reached at NSH New Delhi. For a single parcel these careless people are making fools o[censored]s.

              I posted a parcel to Shreyasi Ghosh Ray in Nottingham UK by Speed Post from Park Street Post Office Kolkata, on 17th June 2023.Parcel EW[protected]IN2002848. Tracking was provided only till 24/6 so I lodged a complaint [protected]. Went to the post office on 1/7, 4/7 and 6/7. Then it started showing tracking from 5/7 that parcel is returned to Kolkata from the Delhi Foreign Post office. Why is it returned and sent again by the Calcutta post office?In 20 days the parcel hasn't even left India nor has it been returned to sender.
              Latest status is that it is at IGI Airport, New Delhi.
              I have already paid extra for a Speed post international delivery. It has been 23 days from the day of posting and the parcel hasn't even left the country

                I booked a parcel from Bilaspur RMS Counter in Bilaspur with consignment number - EC[protected]IN on 30/06/2023. It was supposed to reach by 5/07/2023 but the last update was Item dispatched from Raipur PH on 8th morning and no updates after that.

                I would like to know what is the current and status and when the item will be delivered.

                  My order was dispatched 1st June and about 15th June it reached to the other city of the same country. Now it is coming back as updated on 6th July and 8th July as tracked. At a time it is in Delhi and remarked as AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S.
                  How can I deliver at the address mentioned?
                  Kindly help.

                    Hi IndiaPost, my order EH[protected]IN was out for delivery today. But suddenly I got a message saying "India Post — Parcel Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located". Address provided in tbe order are correct. There have been 2 successful deliveries in the past at same location. One example of previously delivered package is EH[protected]IN. But this time the delivery failed for the mensioned reason.
                    Please check and resolve the issue.

                      Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located

                      Hi,

                      I have sent some urgent documents for claim processing from Kolar, Karnataka to Haryana Udyog Vihar which i had done several times in past and got delivered fast. But this time, the parcel is stuck and the reason mentioned is "Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located". Why such irresponsibility? Please deliver the parcel as soon as possible.

                        Parcel undelivered due to insufficient address

                        I'm waiting for my speed post with tracking ID JN[protected]IN to be delivered to me since the last three days. It is being sent from one office to another with the remark "insufficient address".

                        I called up their customer service but it's not reachable. I tried to call Ghaziabad city SO where my parcel is kept under undelivered case.
                        The address is enough and sufficient for delivery with my flat, apartment, road, landmark...

                          It has been more than 5 days since the articlre was despatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO to Nagpur RS TMO. There has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked.

                            My package from loveplugs usa with usps tracking number UA[protected]US has been stuck in transit at the indira gandhi international airport since june 13th. by when exactly will my package be delivered to my address in kolkata???                               My Relative despatch a important documents through speed post vide docket no FS[protected]IN on dated 28.03.23 from Kotdwar Uttrakhand to Delhi but We have not received the same till date. We have register a complaint to AP to TMO post office vide complaint No [protected] on dated 31.05.23 and I have received response from AP to TMO on dated 04.07.2023 that my document has lost by Indian Postal Department. and finally I have lost my urgent documents

                                I ordered a package on ebay. Ever since the package entered India don't know the city in which it got dislodged. It's been more than 8 days know. The package status hasn't changed since the it was bagged by India post. I request the relevant authority to look into the matter. I really need this package urgently.
