India Post — IMP registered letter Item stuck at chennai aiport for more than 10 days.

Hello,

I sent a Registered letter to Germany from India. I sent it on 18/DEC. it cleared customs and went to Chennai airport sorting office. It's been 10 days - NO UPDATE.

The receiver did not receive the letter yet. It is very important letter.

The reference number is : RN[protected]IN
