India Post — Improper response/work delay

Sir i had done fixed deposit and maturity date is arrives and i went to post office to take my money since one week they are not doing work and saying sir is on leave and sir will come late come on next day. Since one week they are saying same reason and improper response

These lazy people sitting in office need to know the value of time of the person standing out of their window. If an employee is absent then someone else should do the work and they cant make a citizen or customer suffer for that.
