India Post — Incorrect items received

This is in reference to the following article number: CN[protected]IN. I had ordered skincare products worth Rs. 13k and I have received some spices and a thermos flask worth Rs. 500/- instead. Please look into it and either get the correct package delivered or please refund me the amount. I also request you to send me video footage of all the centers where this package was handled.
