India Post — india post consignment delivered to wrong address

Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, 500079

I (In hyderabad) am supposed to receive a consignment with tracking id: ex[protected]in.
When i tried to track its status using the above id, it is showing that the post is already delivered to some other place (Puthur bo). Could you please let me know if the parcel is really delivered to the wrong place or its just the tracking website that is showing incorrect status?
