My courier (Tracking no: et[protected]in) stuck with canada toronto-a custom hold and extra information are showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 10th july, 2019 and canada toronto office has not bothered to call/inform me regarding the same.
The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 7 days since the packet reached canada via india post it is a most important wes document. Totally disappointed with their services! Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest!

I posted my WES documents through India Post and they reached Canada on 18th August, 2019 and since then they are stuck with Custom hold and extra information is showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s". Its has been 15 days since then and I have no idea when the Customs will release my documents. I am really disappointed with the service. Can anyone please help on this? This is really urgent.

My University has sent my educational documents for WES verification. But they got stuck in Canada Border Agency from September 9, 2019, But till now its been one month date Oct 10, 2019, Still now my documents are still with the Customs department.

Please help me with this issue...

I had sent a letter through speed post from Gulmohar Park SO- 110049, New Delhi, India on 29/09/2020.The said speed post was addressed to Ottawa, ON, Canada K1P 1A4.

I have sent just one A-4 size page letter through the speed post and the same has reached Canada TORONTO-A on 4th October itself, however, the tracking page shows that the speed post is stuck at Customs hold for about 10 days now and is remarked as AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S. Kindly take an action to clear the same as it is causing undue delay because of which it is causing a repairable damage to me as these documents are need to reach on a priority basis. kindly look into the matter and let me know the further steps taken in this regard.

I am facing the same issue but my delivery status has been showing on custom hold since 20th Jan 21. Hope this issue gets resolved asap.

Similar dates for me Richa. Even, I'm seeing "AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S" since 15-Feb-2021. After going through the comments on the page, it seems there must be some issue that is causing this delay.

It will be helpful if you provide the status once there is any update on your courier and I'll also ensure the same.

Hi.. I am on the same boat too. My documents reached toronto custom office on 11 feb 2021 and still its awaiting presentation to border agency. Whereas my spouse document reached toronto custom office on 18 feb 2021 is out for delivery now. Do anyone have the details how to contact them?

Hello All...I am having this same issue...My WES document has reached Toronto Customs from Kolkata on 11 February and it's still at customs hold with the comment "WAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY".Do we need to do something on this or just wait? Any help is very much appreciated.
