Hello, i bought a vintage manual typewriter that was shipped from netherlands in april to my bangalore address. The package has arrived in india one month ago but i'm yet to receive it. It shows that it is still in india customs from april 24th.

I don’t know why it’s stuck. I have paid full shipping charges and the parcel doesn’t contain anything prohibited. It has paper bedding for my pet hamster. I don’t understand why would they hold it? Can someone please help me with this.

So i visited post office today at resettlement colony, block 1, kalyan puri, delhi, 110091, and got to know about my account has been closed for no transaction for 3 years thats genuine for sure. But why didn't i got informed before closing the account? I did not received any call or email from post office. So am i not important as a customer to post office?

A speed post booked on 30-may-19 reached at nsh new delhi on 01-may-19, however, its not delivered yet. Its been more than 12 days and i havent got the package yet. I tried complaining through their complaint portal, email, calls, and even twitter, but no one takes responsibility for it. Nsh delhi dont even pick their call. How ignorant they are. I dont who appoints these ignorant people in such jobs. I dont even know where my package has...
