India Post — india post item stuck at dimc new delhi 110002 since[protected]

My parcel with tracking no. Ru[protected]ch has been stuck in new delhi at the dimc for the last 2 1/2 months since[protected]. I have also not received any communication in this regard so far from dmic.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and release the parcel at the earliest.
