[Resolved] India Post — India Post Not delivered addressee cannot be located

My speed post domestic parcel was booked on 27/11/21 at 'Vasai East IE S.O' But it is not delivered to the addressee. Tracking status shows 'not delivered addressee cannot be located'. The address was correctly mentioned and even the addressee was not called. Please deliver my parcel and contact the addressee for the address. My passport is not received as it showing not delivered addressee cannnot be location. My mentioned address is correct as 3 days before I received my passport cover. Kindly deliver my passport.
