India Post — India Post Parcel stuck for 4 weeks at IGI TMO New Delhi. Either it is not updated or the parcel is lost.

Parcel that was paid extra to be expedited has been stuck for 4 weeks at IGI TMO New Delhi. When i track the item through India post, The last update was showing like, Items has been arrived at Delhi AP TMO and Item Dispatched to Igi TMO and the last update was on 23/02/2024 08:56:36. Since its been 1 month as of today.

This is urgent matter and need parcel to be processed for shipment to CANADA.
