India Post — India post status of the speed post shows - item missent and delayed

A person had sent a speed post to me on 26th august 2025 through India post. The same has not yet been delivered to the assigned place. Whenever I track the status of the item it shows - item missent and is delayed. I am really very upset with this kind of service by the most trusted postal service of India. I would really be very obliged if you let me know the exact location of my item and when will it be delivered to the assigned address as it is really a very urgent assignment. I am providing the tracking number i.e. Eu[protected]IN, expecting the problem to be resolved at the earliest.
