I am biswajit bishoyee. My registration number is cr5a23af814924. I didn't receive any otp regarding the post of gramin dak sevak engagement from india post. Even i am not able to change my old registered mobile number to new mobile number through the link provided in the home page for changing mobile number in india post as i am not receiving the otp in new mobile no.

Please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.
