India Post — Indian Speed Post status is not changing in after 1 days

My friend has posted a very important document on 6th July 2023 through Speed Post from kolkata ("Lake Market SO"). It has to go to Uluberia, Howrah (Different city same state, West Bengal).

My speed post tracking number is "EW[protected]IN".
I went to the Speed Post tracking website. status is not updating after 1 day. The resolution or S.L.A of Indian speed post is 2-4 days . Since mine is in the same state and different cities.
Called Customer care they were saying that we cannot say what happened to your post.

I have raised Complaint Number "[protected]" which is also stuck. Neither anyone contacting me or nor any update Complaint status.

Is there anywhere/anything I can follow up so that someone can take a look in a speedy way.

I need my article which is very essential for me. It looks like helpless when you post Indian speed post. No commitment No Responsibility.
