India Post — indiapost says parcel is sent back to sender but it has neither reached to sender nor to me.

A parcel was in route from like 10th of july been over a month of indiapost nonsense and not even picking up there contact us tollfree number now.

Once i was successful in talking with them over the tollfree number they told me parcel was being sent back to sender for incorrect address.

Indiapost have neither returned the parcel back to sender nor have contacted me once while attempting delivery despite my number being on parcel they just said address error and have hold the parcel for like more then a month.
