I initiated the speed post from india to canada on 13th july. It’s 5th august and still my consignment has not reached to the destination.
My consignment number is er[protected]in. It started from kota on 13th july and since 19th july it’s pending on same step. It says awaiting presentation to border agencies. From past 18 days it’s on same step. I don’t understand why it is taking this much time to reach.
Please have a look at this as this is something really very urgent.

Courier got in india by dhl e-commerce courier service on 24th july in delhi from fort lauderdale, usa. That got sent to mumbai on 25th july where it was held at customs. Now since that day, i haven't got the update. So i called the india post customer support, and they said, they can't help me. All i can do is wait. But it's been 10 days now. Not sure what has happened to it.

Please inform me if there's anything i can do...

I posted an unregistered post from delhi to noida 2 months ago. My parcel contained headphones which were supposed to deliver at brand eyes distributors pvt limited, b-2 sector 4, noida. The company has not received my parcel yet and when i am trying to contact their postal post office they are not receiving my call so i am unable to contact them. My local post office has not received my post back and told me that parcel has been delivered to noida. How would i know if the noida post office have my parcel or they have misplaced it.

I placed an order on amazon 29/07/2019.
Supplier packed and shipped the product on 31/07/2019 through speed post. But still there is no update after 31/07/2019.
Then what is the use of speed post and the website they are hosting. Track #eo[protected]in. Indiapost website without having proper track results are in bad hands.

I think you don't appoint people by their skill they don't know how to talk with a customer it's regarding post office of sector 47d chandigarh. The lady in the branch don't know how to talk i want strict action against her she sits in counter no. 1 i think professionalism matter for employment and post office employee don't know i want strict against her because i cannot tolerate such # behavior of employees kindly take action as soon as possible

One register post rr[protected]se sent from sweden, is in new delhi dimc since 27th july. It is being 6 days there is no update. The letter is important to receive immediately. I called the toll free number to know the status. Came to know it is on transit. Does it really take 6 days to reach kolkata from new delhi? It is showing status: transfer from office of exchange (Inb).

With confidence i choose india post to send my important document.

Hi, CJ[protected]US was shipping from the US on 17th. There has been no update to tracking after July 21st when it left New Delhi Airport.

After that, India Post has not updated the tracking and the whereabouts of the package is unknown.

Generally the tracking will get updated within 2 days after it leaves the New Delhi Airport.

Tracking no. Of india post is (Aw[protected]in) which i have ordered through amazon but from 21july there is no update as it showing from palam tmo item despatched but after that no update please help me out... I checked near the delivery centre as it was not reached there... I am not understanding has my package lost or any thing else hhappned... Please deliver my product asap

It has been more than 20days since the letter was dispatched from barnala, punjab to ontario canada through normal post with a consignment no. Rp[protected]in. On tracking the letter, it has been stated that the letter sent from barnala to delhi international mail center and item bagged on[protected]. However, there has been no update after this until today. It is now 1aug 2019 letter will not delivered yet. Please delivered this letter and update the status.

Parents send me some item including snacks via indian postal. Initially it was 2 kg, it took 8 day to from dabra to bangalore.
The packet was cover with clothes
And when i get it was torn from down side, someone stole snacks from it and try to close it using plastic tape i called postman he blamed my pg and asked me to check cctv and cut the call.

Address right tha D Block 1C House noumber 1066 Sangam Vihar New Delhi 110080. Post office ko jagha malum ha. Fhir bhi speed post ko vapas Kiya Gaya. Speed Post ko vapas manavaya Jaya . The article reached at mirganj so (841438) on 22/07/2019. Then on 24/07/2019 status showed "dispatched to bo" but it was to be delivered at garhmanjha so (841427). Means they dispatched it for wrong address.

I am tired of visiting mirganj so. Manager does not talk properly. Everyday he tells that you will receive it by tomorrow.

I need it urgently. It's about my career. Please help.

My name is sangeeta bisht, residence of indira nagar lucknow, my nearest post office is cimap, (226015), earlier we are receiving all type of posts but since the time postman has been changed we are not getting any posts from post office, my fathers pension letter has gone back to head office, a letter came from state bank in the name of my father has not delivered to my address same thing happened with my mother's bank letter too. I am continuously following up with the postman his name is deepak, every time he refused and said he has not received any posts in the name of my parents/address but when i enquired in the bank they told me that the letter has come back and went to head office and it happens every time. When i crossed check with the postman he used to tell me i could not found your address and it went back.

Registered cover no rw[protected]in sent through kamalapur po 700028 to bank of india, neamatpur branch, sitarampur po 713359 on 25 july. On 29th july when it didn't reach the addressee as observed by me from tracking system i lodged a complaint online to postal authority. After lodging complaint on 29 july it reached to sitarampur po on 29 july at 10: 56 a. M. But not delivered to the bank till today. It is very important as it contains a term deposit certificate and i am suffering loss for the same. I am a sr citizen at the age of 68 and residing in kolkata and so unable to attend the bank branch and sent it by registered post.

A important things, a cheque book, was send from west bengal, bankura, lakshmisagar post office to dighi camp, so, pune, maharastra on 22/07/2017. But last 6 days same status was seen by india post that is the item is dispatched from kharagpur rms, nsh on 24/07/2019. This is an emergency delivery to pune to my brother who works in indian army. Now it is a great trouble to me. So i complain about this

Hello i'm pavan kumar my driving licence not received to address and i was returned i didn't went any were and also asked my postman he said that we didn't received. The post should come to sujathanagar post 530051 but it was sent to pendurthi 531173 what's wrong with postal department are you doing your work i want my item to my address pls take action. My letter issue from RTO ( RC book) and it's dispatch to correspondence address, but the post man of my area is not delivered this letter to me and send the status to RTO office the documents is delivered. After enquiry in RTO office I got delivered item code number, then I call to post man and told about my documents, then he say me send ur signature on whatapp, and after some time he signed my duplicate signature on receive paper and send on my whatapp. And telling I received documents from post office

I had a parcel for me coming from Aliexpress.com via Singapore Post with tracking number - RB[protected]S. I'm residing in Wakad, Pune(411057). I got a notification saying parcel is out for delivery on 26 July 2019(Friday) . Later when I tracked at night when no postman came, it said since Addressee was not there item is on hold. I was at home all day, also checked with society security guard but no postman came for my address. I came customer care and they told me to collect the parcel from Hinjewadi Post office on 29 July (Monday). When I went to the office today the responsible postman - Akshay More, searched for the parcel all around, couldn't find it and sent it was sent back since I was not at home which is a lie. I want strict action to be taken against this postman for not doing his duty properly and lying to customers with a rude behaviour.
