India Post — International delivery stuck in delhi and NO one is replying

Hi we have an urgent shipment stuck in Delhi. India post EP[protected]IN
I messaged India post on Instagram and replied saying its held and they need more info. I have been trying to get an email so that we can pass the reqd info as I do not want to put details on social media but no one is replying??? From amritsar to new Zealand
