India Post — International Parcel stuck with Mumbai EMS / Custom for 15+ days | |||
My online order which was shipped via EMS post from Singapore, arrived in Mumbai on 31-Aug-16 and ever since then there is no update on same. I tried contacting Mumbai EMS office but either their phone numbers do not work or when they ring there is no one answering the calls. Registered complaint on http://ccc.cept.gov.in/complaintregistration.aspx, but no use. Even the email address for Mumbai Speed Post Centre doesn't work: "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: spc.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in (spc.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in) The email address you entered couldn't be found." What is the use of availing EMS at extra cost if it is slower than normal post and there is absolutely no customer service support?
