India Post — international parcel stuck with mumbai ems/custom for 2 weeks already

My online order which was shipped via ems post from south korea, arrived in mumbai on 22-may-18 and ever since then, there has been no update on the same. I tried contacting the mumbai ems office but either their phone numbers do not work or they just never answer their calls. What is the use of availing ems at extra cost if it is slower than normal post and there is absolutely no customer service support? I got message from RTO office that your DL is dispatched from speed on 22 May 2018 when I track my shipment online it always says consignment details not found my airway bill number is ED[protected]IN. And one more from RTO office ED[protected]IN same tracking status in.

It’s in inbomb(ready for custom clearance)

It’s been there from 4th April.🤷🏻‍♀️
