India Post — Intl Parcel delivery delay

Hi Team,

My International parcel (London to Pune) is stuck at customs in MUMBAI EMS SPEED POST CENTRE since 14th March. The current status is showing as 'INVOICE MISSING/INAPPROPRIATE'.

There is no way for me to find out what exactly is needed to satisfy the requirements so that my parcel can be delivered to Pune.

Can someone please look into it and help.
