India Post — It days parcel is delivered but it is not delivered

The parcel is from mizoram, on website it says it was delivered on 12th of november ut it was not delivered the parcel is very important to me as it if a gift for my bestfriend which is on 19th of november, when I tried contacting india post they didnt respond or either they keep on saying it was delivered, it hadnt happened before, its the first time its happening please look into this matter as I need that parcel very much and cant loose it, parcel code is EE[protected]IN
