My registered parcel reached Delhi SR MTO on 12th june 2024 and still I'm not getting any updation... I know this is due to the negligence of officials. It is well known that there are some corrupt people working in this establishment who are difficult to work with.It took only 5/6 days to reach Delhi from Kerala and it got the correct update. After reaching Delhi, I am not getting any update sir, check it yourself....

I have sent a parcel to Italy Bologna. It tends to take 15 days to reach there, according to the post office. but the parcel has been there at KOL AP TMO for 7 days. I do not know what is the issue. Kindly resolve it ASAP.

The Consignment No. CV[protected]IN for Australiya Weighing 2.5 Kg contained cloths and books was booked from IIT ROORKEE ON 24-5-24. The Tracking showing "item bagged" since 28-5-24.

1. Speed Post Delivery with Tracking No JC[protected]IN dispatched no 12 May 24
2. Delivery shows delivered on 14 May 24. (Screen shot attached)
3. Item not received. Kindly resolve and have the item delivered.

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the non-delivery of my registered post, which has not been delivered despite the passage of fifteen days since it was dispatched.

Despite numerous follow-ups and inquiries with the concerned postal department, there has been no satisfactory response...

My registered post is not trackable since 20.04.2024 which is more than 1 month from today's date.
It has the Original School Transfer Certificate of my daughter.

My parcel has been dispatched from RMS Brahmapur, Odisha on 9/5/24(Thursday) and reached Delhi Airport on 10/5/24(Friday) and on the same day it reached Delhi Railway station in the evening and again on 11/5/24(Saturday) morning i can track it in Delhi airport and again in evening it was at Delhi railway station. Same happened today as well(12/9/24)(sunday). The parcel has my bike keys and original document of my bike being transported via Indian railway. My bike reached here on Friday (10/5/24) morning at vadodara. As per railway rules, i am supposed to pay Rs.11 per hour of delay till i receive my bike and i can't receive it as I am unable to receive my key and document which is stuck at Delhi since 3 days. As of now i will be penalized at least 500 rupees and it may rise if my parcel is delivered late.

I have booked new ATM/Debit Card thru SBI Bank Online Services on 04.05.2024.
After that it dispatched on 6th May thru India Post but no intimation was sent of it.
After a week when a checked for the status it shown dispatched so I tracked it on India Post for status but it showing that on 10th May it was out for delivery and returned due insufficient address after just about 4 hrs on same day.

While in past all documents arrived at same address thru post office.

And also no intimation or call was made in that case, neither the redelivery was done.

How is it possible that for some documents address is good to find. but for others it is not found by same post.

Also it is usual with SBI services as this is the 2nd time it happened.

I have sent registered post to New Delhi with consignment no RE[protected]IN on 08/05/2024 and it is returned to me today on 09/05/2024 at originating address without mentioning any reason of return.

There are multiple post that comes to Phulpur India Post office, is not been delivered by the Post man to the home.

Postman keeps the important Post to themselves and only give it if the person visit to get the POST.

If person does not know about the post and someone else sent it, it never gets delivered at the home but kept to the Postman.

For this I have to call the Bank multiple times and the tracking ID and then I saw that it is delivered long back.

Postman and Post office Head does not get bothered by Customer's problem and behave like no one can touch them.

There is another article#AQ[protected]IN which is showing as delivered and note yet delivered to my home.

I have limited resource for someone to collect it from the Post office.

Hi. My mother have delivered a courier from Mohali to Bangalore on 01.05.2024 And by mistake the pin code has been entered wrong and contact number is also not mentioned on the courier. My courier has been dispatched today itself and yet to be delivered. Can you please help me change the pin code and add the receiver's contact number before it reaches the wrong destination please ?

Parcel arrived at Pune TSO TMO on 26 th April early morning. From there till now no update.

Please prioritise this shipment as it is already at destination and my life is now highly dependent on this package...
