I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the significant delay in the delivery of a speed post consignment, with tracking number EC[protected]IN.
It has been 11 days since the post was registered and dispatched from Dalli Rajhara Post Office. Unfortunately, for the past 6.5-7 days, the consignment has been stuck at the Ghaziabad Post Office. Despite continuous monitoring, the online tracking system often shows no record of the post, adding to the frustration and uncertainty.
India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Anusd11 received a call from "[protected]" inquiring about my grievances and asking me to download an app "customber support.apk". Just yesterday I emailed and today I am receiving such scam calls. Is this the reason why my consignment has been put on hold in your Ghaziabad Post Office? My number, which is provided on the consignment, is being used to scam me. Kindly look into the matter and also deliver my Speed Post as soon as possible.
