My parcel ER[protected]IN has been stuck at Delhi AP TMO for days.
It is shown dispached on the website but there have been no updates since then. It is really urgent, Please look into it at earliest.

This is to intimate you about my concern regarding my important cards which in expecting to reach to my address as soon as possible but after tracking down my consignment no JA[protected]IN which was booked on[protected]. I got to know that it has reached wrong address insted of my real address-FLAT NO.-346, TOWER-G, 11TH AVENUE, GREATER NOIDA WEST, GAUTAM BUDDHA NAGAR, UTTAR PRADESH- 201301. Please help me in this situation. I dont know what to do. This is very important. I need it as much as possible. Please update the consignment address with the real one as i need them for my official work.

Article number EN[protected]IN is not delivered by India post after 10 days. There is no update and my parcel is stuck and delayed. Please take necessary steps to solve the problem.

The parcel is from mizoram, on website it says it was delivered on 12th of november ut it was not delivered the parcel is very important to me as it if a gift for my bestfriend which is on 19th of november, when I tried contacting india post they didnt respond or either they keep on saying it was delivered, it hadnt happened before, its the first time its happening please look into this matter as I need that parcel very much and cant loose...

It's already been 4-5 days the parcel is dispatched from Delhi AP TMO.

No Tracking Details update after that.

Parcel yet not received at delivery address.

Already been 8 days the parcel left the orgin city still not recieved at destination location.

1st ever faced this by India post.

Through an e-commerce website, I had ordered an item which was booked on 04/10/2024 at Varanasi HO and had to be delivered at Udhampur HO with tracking no RU[protected]IN. The consignment has last update of 08/10/2024 in which it's showing that the item has been dispatched from Jammu Tawi RMS TMO at about 00:09:28 but no updates after that. Today is 11th and it has been 3 days I am waiting for any further updates. I had contacted my local post office regarding the item but they haven't received it yet. Please resolve it as i need it urgent

There's an important document sent to me by a friend that I wanted on am urgent basis but still hasn't received my article till date.
Need help in getting the article as soon as possible, this is the second time that is happening to me.
It is sheer incompetency on their part for their failure to deliver a speed on time.

My medicines reached the last mile, the nearest post office on Tuesday, but the postman seems to be too busy to deliver it to my place. The tracking ID is EG[protected]IN and someone is always at home for the parcel.

I'm attaching a picture of tracking as the parcel keeps being kept on hold with the false excuse of "Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located". The postman has my phone number and he can easily contact me and has done so on previous occassions.

I understand the staff is super busy and overworked, but medicines are something which cannot be delayed.

Please help me get my medicines asap.

I have shipped a parcel from khachrod SO on 29 July but the parcel is not shipped yet it's been more than 1 month and the parcel is missing.Its CI protected please look into the matter and deliver it fast It's stuck at RMO Mumbai office.

Hi my name is Balraj. My cousin courier me the medicines through India post. I have a depression issues. So I try to find my medicines in Canada they are rarely available in Canada. So they courier me from India. My courier reached to canada on 4 July. Today is 24 July. It still not delivered to me. The status of the parcel is received receptacle from abroad. I try contact India post. They said it's not our issue. Customs hold it. Also I try to contact Canada post they they said you have to contact your sender post. No one taking responsibility of it. I need my medicines urgently that's why I courier it before the end of my previous stock. All the prescriptions and bills are attached with it. Don't know where it struck. I have shipped from Saudi Post (SPL) one parcel to my family in my wife name (Fazila) which contains dry fruits & chocolates, and it was still not being delivered to my family and enquiring in India Post, they said maybe its stuck in custom.

Status in the India post is not updated

When will I get it?

Company lacks professionalism and short of staff as the status showing it has not even reached the foreign Post office of INDIA as on their website timeline is 6-12 business days but it has taken more than 3 times

Both this parcels ha been booked on 12 July which dispatched from delhi Ap tmo on 13th July and there is no update since, no update on the parcels
Both the parcels have some very important belonging which cost more than 6k for both the parcels
Plz help me get the parcels
