[Resolved]  India Post — Item Delivery Confirmed but the item was never delivered

The Consignment ID tracker showed the item is delivered and confirmed, but I never received a call or a parcel on my door. I just got an SMS saying its delivered, and I enquired with my Security Guard as well, but no one had delivered the package. Please check into this asap. Thank you!

Delivery guy delivered the post 2 days later, and mentioned it was updated on system by mistake.
India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
