India Post — Item dispatched from Air LGBI AP TMO a week ago, and still not delivered and no updates on portal

The India Post portal shows that my parcel was dispatched on 03/10/2020 from Air LGBI AP TMO. It has been a week and since then there is no update on the portal. And also I haven't got my parcel delivered.
Kindly look into it.
