India Post — Item dispatched from new delhi rs tmo but didnt received yet

My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 18th may, 2023 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. It's been 10 days and still there's no update on the tracking, we have been following up with india post since 3 days. Our complaint number is- [protected]. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is CD[protected]IN. Please solve this problem, as I'm at a loss because the parcel contains my dog's cancer medicines and if it didn't reach at time it could be of great loss. Please help us.
