India Post — item not delivered - my usps item departed delhi airport but not delivered to indore

My usps item was supposed to be delivered to indore in jan 2020 but it still hasn't been delivered yet.
It says :

Tracking number is um[protected]us

Tried to contact post office they couldn't help
