[Resolved]  India Post — Item not getting delivered and the reason given is - "Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located"

This is my tracking ID - EW[protected]IN, there was an item dispatched containing books from JurisEdge and is received by India post office in Bhopal and the item has been "out for delivery" multiple times but still not delivered, its been for third time that tracking page has shown that "Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located", though the address provided is correct and I have been not contact even once by the India post.
