Speed post stuck at customs

My courier (Tracking no: ER[protected]IN) is stuck with canada toronto-a custom hold and extra information are showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 22Jan december, 2020.
The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 20 days since the packet reached canada via india post. It is a very important document. Why is it taking so much time to clear customs? Kindly resolve the issue at the...

Customer ID generation

Sir,
My policy no is[xxxxxxxxxx]. I am not able to generate customer id and because of that i am not able to log in to pli. I have approached post office pli section they have checked everything and that is correct. My email and mob is registered in policy but every time when i go to generate id it is shown that you have entered wrong details approach to nearest post office.

Shipment at KOL AP TMO for a long time

I booked a shipment for United States with a verbal assurance from the officer at the Post Office that the shipment will be delivered in a week. I paid a hefty amount for the shipment, almost Rs:1000 more than I used to pay in the past. Let alone reaching the United States, the shipment didn't even move out of Kolkata and it's been 9 days already. item dispatched from new delhi rs tmo but, tracking not updated!!!

My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 29th Dec, 2020 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. My parcel stuck at Air LGBI AP TMO

Parcels stuck

Hello, I have 4 letters yet to reach me but all have been shown as they are dispatched from Silchar for over two to three weeks. I am sure that the travelling distance between Silchar amd Mizoram will not be taking that long.All the letters were sent to me by different persons each but their updates are all the same 'Dispatched from Silchar.' Item Redirected to Pune H.O INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

I had booked a shipment with consignment number EM[protected]IN.

India post consignment tracking service indicates Current Status: Item Redirected to Pune H.O INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS.

On receiving the above status I had requested the receiver to collect the shipment from the mentioned postoffice but Postoffice is refusing to hand over the consignment.

Registered parcel stuck in dispatch

On Sep 18, 2020 I have booked a registered parcel in India post at Sattur S.O. From Sattur to Churachandpur. The parcel has been initiated from sattur S.O on very same day and it has been reached Kolkata RMS mail TMO on 23 Sep and it has dispatched on very nextday from there, after that there is no information about the article while we track in India post official site also it did not reacthe destination, seems like the article was missing....
