India Post — Item not updated or lost somewhere>

My registered item No. CU[protected]IN was booked at Meerut Cantt HO on 29/09/2020 and reached Delhi Rs TMO on 06/10/2020. However, the item has not been updated since the item has been received by Delhi Rs TMO till today, i.e. 28/10/2020. Is my item damaged, stolen or got lost somewhere?? I have filed a complaint in the India Post website but to no avail. Please help.
