I had couriered a package but the status is now showing ITEM ON HOLD ADRESSE ABSENT. I had mentioned the address clearly on the package. It is an Accenture office, the address is" 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Office Level, Building No. 02, Mindspace, Serene Properties IT/ITES SEZ, Thane-Belapur Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai – 400708, INDIA". Previously it was showing address could not be located no it is on hold I don't know why ... Kindly help me and deliver this package...
