India Post — Item redirected to S.O insufficient address

Hello sir/ madam my name is Gaurav. My parcel has been sent from byjus to me. But by Indian postal service but they are showing item redirected Sonpeth S.O insufficient address. But then they took it to Aurangabad and then parbhani and it is stuck in parbhani now please help me.
