India Post — Item showing as dispatched more than 50 hours ago but not received by next office

My parcel with tracking number RX[protected]DE had been dispatched from Guwahati TMO at 02:04:39 on 17-Aug-21. It's been over 50 hours and the parcel has not been received at the Bongaigaon TMO office. I am worried about my package because the distance between the two offices is only 3-4 hours. Kindly update/deliver the item immediately.
