India Post — item stuck in nsh guwahti since 4 days

I had sent parcel no em[protected]in on 31st october from nagardas road, andheri east, mumbai post office to an address in ulubari, kamrup and the online status is showing "received at nsh guwahati" since 4 november.
I tried contacting the postmaster but not getting any response.
I want the item to be delivered as soon as possible.
I visited the post ofiice in mumbai but they say that the item will be delivered soon.

My parcel was sent for Gurgaon to Shillong and it has been stuck in Guwahati and there is no response from Guwahati post office it’s very urgent parcel I need it to be delivered asap please kindly help someone it’s been 4 days
