India Post — Mail has been stuck in Mumbai Airport Sorting office for 20 days

I sent a mail to Montenegro on 1/8/21 and was told it would be delivered in 14 days. (RT[protected]IN) It has been over a month and it's stuck in Mumbai Airport Sorting office for more than 20 days now. Urgent mail, please resolve as soon as possible.
