India Post — mental harassment by post office

This is regarding a parcel which is really important to me. It was sent by Speed Post and received at Amity University SO - Post Office in the last week. They called me to get that from the post office on Friday and when I told them to deliver at the address, they mentioned that their postman is not available. Being a corporate employee, we're often engaged with the tasks and don't have the time to get the parcel from the Post Office. On Monday, when I called it didn't connect. So, I tried calling on Tuesday. Now, they're telling we've sent the parcel back. Is this the way they should manage? This is literally Mental Harassment. That's a really important parcel to me and I can't afford to wait for it. Is only one call enough? They didn't even call me before sending it back. Now, they're not picking up my calls. Please help me on this.
