India Post — MIS Interest Not Received through ECS

Without any prior intimation, Paschim Putiary PO (Kolkata 700082) is not paying monthly interest since last 2 months.

A MIS is a contract and it is obligatory on the part of a post office to honour the commitment of monthly interest payout.

In case there is a regulatory change, the same must be intimated to all customers.

Additionally, cheques issued by PO across many locations are getting dishonoured with vague reasons.

Countless Post Office subscribers are being subjected to harassment and mental torture.

Dear Pradipta, Please dont complaint here as they dont reply and it is a dead site which is just there for show and will not resolve your problem, also dont even think to call the call center as no one will pick the call so dont waste your time.
Better go to their office with some people and show them some real aggression.
