India Post — MIS maturity process via messenger..

We have mis account [protected] / 82 in manjalpur vadodara post office. These mis accounts are getting matured in aporil 2017.

Presently we are shifted to surat. So accordingly we have presented account closure form duly signed by depositor and messenger along with pan copy of the depositor.

But the rude post master has insisted for physical presence of the depositor. Messenger is not valid.

If messenger is not allowed then why closure form (Sb 7-a) is having option to authorize messenger to process?

A registered letter no RU[protected]IN dated 11May2017 was sent to Sub/clk Bhasker but the same has not receive by him till date. Pl trace the letter.

I haven't received my speed post consignment number EA[protected]IN .
It is showing it has been delivered..It is showing that it has been reached to Panipat H.O but till the date end we haven't received the speed post.At night when we have checked it isshowing it has been delivered.Please do the needfull,
