India Post — misleading consumers | |||
I ordered an item, my item arrived on 29aug morning to thane hq. I called customer care on 30th, i was told to wait i shud recv by evening, today 31 aug 2019, i called again india post office says parcel is in singapore. I see the speed post portal, it shows item is with thane hq since 29 aug 2019 morning. I am scared, i hv been waiting for a product since 1 month and post office is making me run from post to pillar. Its version are unreliable, i need definite answers and status. I called on complaints number, but they did take complaint but ask tracking number said its in singapore and closed the call.. Portal states parcels licatiin being thane hq. I want my product, i hv paid for it and post office does not deliver and does not performs its expected duty.. It creates painc n pressure in lives of consumers for common people. Had it been some designatory they may hv fled to delive.. Due specifying rules. But common people suffer..
