India Post — Missing details about consignment

Hi! I'm not being able to track my consignment which was sent from General Post Office, Kolkata to Sandy, Utah, USA. The consignment holds the number RW[protected]IN. The last tracking information that I have is that it was inserted in some bag on February 14th, 2017. It has been 15 days since then and I have no idea where it is. This is really important to me. Please help!
