India Post — Missing parcel at KOL AP TMO

My parcel was dispatched from Orissa on 31st December 2019. It was last updated on 20th January 2020 where is was inbound in KOL AP TMO. I am attaching the receipt for your reference. This package was to be delivered in USA, as part of a International cultural event.
I have tried tracking the same here with the United States Postal Services and they informed me that the package is still in India.
Unfortunately India Post is supposed to be the most reliable but with tons of complain in this forum, it looks like it is no more the case.

This parcel was the hard earned sweat of a poor weaver who was trying to show case his work in the US, in order to restore his loom and pristine weave.

I have no hopes of recovery, nor do i think there will be an explanation provided but still writing this complain down in the hope of helping the weaver.

Would greatly appreciate if any responsible staff reverts back with an answer.
