India Post — Mobile phone not delivered

This complaint is regards to not deliver the hand set to given address
Quarter no. E/7/d opp narayan garh railway station p. O. Bahurupa, distt paschim medinipur state west bengal pin code 721437.

29/3/2016 i was dispatch the courier through speed post no. Ep[protected]in till now it won't be deliver to the given address. And they don't have any sense to speak with a person who wants to get some details his courier, when a receiver went to the post office regarding the courier receiving then they were telling till now they wont receive, next day when i went there then they were telling we had return back same courier because the given address was wrong. If they know the receiver came to his place regarding the same courier how they can return back to the courier by saying wrong address. This is the bull thing they were telling to me.
Kindly return back the courier to same address or given address.
