India Post — my atm card is delivered to wrong person

It is a deep concern for the people due to negligence of Speed post India. My ATM card is delivered to wrong person, I will held the Speed post responsible for any untoward incident, my Consignment number is EA[protected]IN.
Delivery location post office: Vasant Kunj SO., New Delhi .

This India speed post customer care will not pick or response properly to any customers . And the employee of India post is worst.
