India Post — my item not delivered from 06/02/2018

My item received on dt 06/02/2018 at kutchh, gujarat anjar post office, but till date not delivered to me. My address is anjar city. Its 4 th day to not delivered my item. Same status show since 4 days that my item received at anjar post office but pending to deliverd and also not pick-up call by anjar post office. Which i get from post office site.
