India Post — my items has been dispatched from air lgbi ap tmo assam but after 6 day's nothing shown any updates..

when will i received my product which was delivered to AIR LGBI AP TMO on 13th August 2021

I posted a very important document through speed post from Sivasagar to Shillong on 11/08/2021. It reached AIR LGBI AP TMO on the evening of 16/08/2021 and was dispatched at an early hour of 17/08/2021. There is no further update available. Tracking ID: ES[protected]IN.
The letter is very important. Please help.

My parcel is in Air LGBI AP TMO since 17.08.2021, i didn't received it yet it's already 14days now. Why it takes so long please do the needful it's very important
