[Resolved]  India Post — My Mail stuck at KOL AP TMO since 15days as of today 26/07/2021

My college sent me important documents on 8/07/2021 having tracking Id EW[protected]IN which reached on KOL AP TMO on 10/07/2021 morning. Its 26/07/2021 now n its still stuck there. No updates, no contact number. Even indai post online complain don't even go. Please help someone
