India Post — My order parcel (registered parcel)

My parcel was coming from ludhiana to kolkata. the tracking was proper on 20 and 21st March 2023 . but on 22nd march in morning the parcel has arrived at rms tmo new dehli and then dispatched since then no tracking information is given and i expected my order to deliver today but it is not yet come to westbengal only .

i am in a desperate need of my parcel.
