India Post — my parcel delivery is, being delayed been dispatched, from nsh guwahati to beltola s. o but since 4 days it hasn't reached yet

My friends and i have sent parcels to our families in guwahati on the same day for scholarship purposes. My friends' families have received the parcels but my family has not received it yet. As i tracked it, it's been 4 days since my parcel has been despatched from nsh guwahati to beltola s. O and there's no sign of any progress. Please look into this because it's urgent as 31st january 2018 is the last date of submission for the scholarship
