India Post — my parcel from beautybay.com held at customs

Address:Santacruz east, kalina., Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400098

My parcel with tracking: RX[protected]CH is held by customs for unknown reason. It is just a cosmetics i ordered from beautybay.com and have paid extra shipping charges for it. It was supposed to reach me in 10 working days, but hasn’t. Why would customs hold cosmetics and something that’s paid extra for delivery. Please get it released asap or tell me what should be done to do the same.

A few products I have ordered from beautybay is being held in customs for unknown reasons. i have already paid extra shipping charges for it.
