India Post — My parcel got dispatched from Delhi RMS TMO and no updates after that

I have booked my parcel from ramban to ranchi. It's reached delhi 8august 2022 and then
There is no update .. And today is 16 august 2022
.. Bad service... It's urgent parcel to deliver ranchi

I posted a parcel to kerala from Delhi...even after 10 days, it hasn't reached the destination...on tracking, it's showing that, the parcel has been dispatched from RMS tmo Delhi...and there are no further updates... they are not even picking up the call... it's saying that the telephone number is suspended from August...i tried the toll free, and it is also not working...

Indeed poor service at Delhi TMO, my speed post containing important documents booked at JODHPUR for PRAYAGRAJ on 17th AUGUST 2023 reached at Delhi TMO on 18th but no traces are available for onward despatch to PRAYAGRAJ RMS. These documents have to reach at destination on 21 August but I am afraid it's fate is pending for updation for the reasons what so ever. More than 24 hours lapsed where should I contact for this mess and who will be responsible if my interest is exposed to jeopardy? I paid Rs 70.80 towards Speed Post charges for 254 grams weight.

my article was booked on 3rd oct, 2025 and it haven't reached me yet, it's been 6 days. do we use speed post so that our articles get lost? it's not the first time of my articles being lost, it's countless. im traumatized by the service of india post. the last update i got was on 7th oct, 2025 and it was in delhi RMS TMO. I've sworn, I'll never ever use india post from now onwards, cause at this point we are paying just for our items to get lost outta nowhere.
if you can't provide safe delivery then pls shut down!
