My order has reached ranchi RMS tmo 5 days ago but I didn't received it yet why

my parcel was recieved in Ma Ranchi RMS TMO on 24th November. It was dispatched from Alaknanda Delhi on 20th November. The last status updated was on 25th November saying DISPATCHED from MA RANCHI RMS TMO. Since then there is no news of my parcel. When will it be delivered. It is supposed to be delivered in Piskanagri

My parcel EL[protected]IN making a round from Ranchi NSH, Ranchi Medical hospital SO, Buti chowk SO has now been sent to MA Ranchi RMS with a note No sufficient address.
This is my 8th parcel having this fate. Earlier ones at least reached my destination after the sender's follow up. All other couriers are reaching in this same address. Why and how only the Speed Post is having "No Sufficient Address" tag.
